Each marketer has a unique set of goals, which is why Cognitiv created NeuralMind, a deep learning platform capable of automatically building custom algorithms that simultaneously consider the user, the context, the message, and the campaign objectives. We combine deterministic data and advanced processing techniques to continuously train these algorithms as they optimize our clientsโ€™ key performance indicators (KPIs), predicting consumer behavior in order to autonomously drive full-funnel marketing performance at scale.

The Campaign Performance Team at Cognitiv is a highly visible team at the center of our products. We are looking for a Campaign Manager with strong programmatic advertising experience who can coordinate cross-functionally with Client Success, Science, Engineering, and Sales to drive campaign performance. To do this effectively, you will proactively identify performance improvement opportunities, diligently monitoring campaign metrics and ensure campaigns are set up according to best practices.

Success in this role will be demonstrated by consistent campaign performance and ability to dive deep into the weeds of troubleshooting campaign related issues if they arise in the course of a campaign. The Campaign Manager will have significant influence on our tools, reporting, and processes to ensure we are operating as efficiently as possible to support a continued high rate of growth of campaigns under management.

As a key member of this team you must possess a high sense of agency, be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills in order to deliver on your responsibility for managing a variety of programmatic campaigns of varying size and complexity. Strong communication skills are vital as you will coordinate across many different teams to ensure campaign performance.

We value in-person collaboration with team members and have a hybrid work schedule. This position will be located in our Bellevue, WA office with 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote (Thursday/Friday).

Responsibilities

- Set up and launch programmatic campaigns within our DSP

- Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and margin regularly

- Identify issues affecting campaign performance and promptly implement solutions

- Troubleshoot technical problems related to ad serving, bidding, tracking, and reporting

- Work together with the Research Science Team to provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance

- Communicate campaign health and key findings to the Customer Success Team

- Provide recommendations for internal tools and process updates to maximize efficiency

Requirements

- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven experience (Typically 3+ years) in managing programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms (DSPs, SSPs)

- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices

- Familiarity with ad tech tools and platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, IAS, DoubleVerify, etc.

- Experience with data analysis and interpreting campaign performance metrics

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions

- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over campaign performance

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics

Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to job-related knowledge, level of relevant experience, education and skills.
