End User Computing Engineer

Schedule: 09:00AM to 06:00PM (Australian Time)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

At least 5 years IT experience – ideally Retail Industry exposure

Experience relevant to the IT systems being supported:

• Microsoft Server 2012r2 / 2016 / 2019
• Windows 10/ 11
• MacOS
• Exchange
• Active Directory
• SCCM
• Intune
• o365
• Entra ID
• Able to Work and Follow ITIL processes

IT Infrastructure technical knowledge specifically:

• Store Solutions
• Security and redundancy
• Large scale, complex and distributed business environments
• Windows desktop and server technologies including Desktop Applications
• Print Technologies
• Remote Support
• SOE Design, development and deployment
• Mobility i.e. Blackberry, BES, IPhone, ActiveSync, Portable Data Terminals
• Microsoft Exchange, LANDESK (or equivalent), Active Director

Nice to Have:

• ITIL certification preferred
• Skills and knowledge relevant to the IT systems being supported
• Good Planning and organisational skills
• IT Project experience
• Good Communication / Negotiation / Presentation skills
• Good Problem-solving skills
• Advanced technical skills
