Customer Service Associate

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently hiring for the position of Dutch Customer Service Associate.

As a Dutch Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers. You will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with any issues or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional customer service assistance to Dutch-speaking customers

• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
• Adhere to quality standards and follow established procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle challenging situations
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Detail-oriented and committed to providing exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
• Valid European Passport or ID
