Director of Customer Success Engagement

As the Director of CS Engagement, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing customer lifecycle playbooks for a large-scale CS organization. You will lead the development of a data-driven service strategy, optimize customer engagement processes, leverage data analytics for deep customer insights, and drive the adoption of customer success playbooks.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in a Customer Success program leadership role within a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience implementing Customer Success lifecycle playbooks in Gainsight.
• Gainsight certified.
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of reporting tools.
