Global Internal Communication Senior Manager

As Global Internal Communication Senior Manager, you will be part of the Global Marketing & Communication Department, directly reporting to the Global Corporate Communication Director. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing the internal communications strategy for Believe. This role ensures that employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's goals, values, and initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and other company’s departments to create and deliver effective communication programs that enhance the employee experience and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Strategy development - Contribute to define and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that supports the organization’s goals and objectives and whose initiatives are aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and values.

2.Internal communication plan - Define, structure, and deploy annual internal communication plan & initiatives, aligned with the company's strategic, business and organizational projects and in collaboration with other company’s departments (HR, CSR, Business, Product & Tech, Legal, IR relationship…) ...
