Head of Product

As Lilli's Head of Product your commitment to developing and delivering a customer a product roadmap that will push our teams and the market to adopt a scalable platform on the cutting edge of technology.

In this role, you will be the lynchpin between our commercial and engineering teams. Striking the balance that utilises the skills of our engineering teams and the needs of our customers and customer success team to shape the future of the care industry

You will;

• Generate excitement through your product vision, influencing stakeholders and getting their buy-in
• Build and run a team of high performing Product Managers and Designers who produce the product our customers and markets need
• Lead the product strategy, decide what products and features are built, through collaboration with other teams and based on both quantitative data and qualitative insights
• Own rollout of products through the discovery, define, build and learn phases
• Coordinate with stakeholders (from Strategy, Commercial and Operations functions), tech leads and Engineering Managers
