P&D Driver

• This will typically be a temporary Monday - Friday position doing local P&D in our service area with a straight truck or tractor-trailer work - weekends may be required but advance notice is given if required - there is a potential for this to become a regular full-time position
• Start times will vary depending on volume and customer commitments
• You will be required to load/unload your trailer based on your run sheet
• You will be required to use a handheld scanner to load/deliver / pickup freight
• Perform your daily peddle in a safely and efficiently 5 Ton or Tractor Trailer
• This run may include Baxter home deliveries (white glove) and also could be vacation coverage for other tractor positions

Requirements

• Able to multi-task in a fast fast-paced environment
• Must be hard working, customer orientated and have a good knowledge of the city and service our area
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs
• Forklift qualified (will train)
• Comfortable with computers (Handheld delivery units - we will train)
• Comfortable with in-home deliveries to medical patients which includes moving freight inside the patient's home
• Valid AZ Driver's License
• Clean Criminal record
