Your Typical Day:
As an Online Sport Support Consultant, your role will involve providing customer assistance via incoming calls, live chat, email, and social media channels. You'll serve as a reliable consultant to our customers, offering prompt and effective solutions to questions regarding account setup and verification, sign-in problems, financial matters, as well as general guidance on navigating the platform and resolving any technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry.
  • Query Resolution: Respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues, inquiries, complaints, and comments via multiple channels.
  • Clear Communication: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers are satisfied with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Process Optimization: Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize internal processes.

What You Need:

  • Fluency in German, both written and verbal
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in sports
  • Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not required
  • Availability to work on rotational shifts
