Business Development Director

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping, evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.

The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the firm's presence in the commercial real estate market across Costa Rica, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic.

Functions

1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
5. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.

Requirements

1. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Some specific specialties (master's degree/certification): Fluency in English.
3. Minimum experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the commercial real estate industry.
