KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers talent mapping, evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.

We are looking for a Recruitment and Training Manager for a technology
company providing a platform connecting the needs of customers and
workers.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Functions

  • Establish and implement recruitment and training processes: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, particularly for unskilled workers like housekeepers.

  • Manage human resources: Lead recruitment (4 members) and training teams (4 members) across offices in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and Hai Phong, ensuring task coordination and progress monitoring.

  • Develop recruitment and training strategies: Increase monthly hires from 120 to higher targets, ensuring effective training and onboarding.

  • Manage service quality: Evaluate housekeeper performance to meet customer standards, suggesting improvements.

  • Build a positive working environment: Organize bonding activities and foster a supportive corporate culture.

  • Apply technology in recruitment and training: Utilize platforms like JupViec, social media, and focal groups for process optimization.

  • Analyze data and prepare reports: Collect and analyze recruitment and training data, report to the Board of Directors, and recommend enhancements.

Requirements

  1. Graduated from related majors: Business, Human Resources, or related majors.

  2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar management position in the field of recruitment and training, with priority given to those with experience in managing unskilled labor such as hotel room attendants and housekeepers.

  3. Skills: Team management skills, effective communication and information transfer skills. Ability to read and analyze data, planning and strategy skills.

  4. Knowledge: Understanding of technology and social networking platforms, ability to use technology tools for recruitment and training.

  5. Personal equipment: Own a personal laptop for work purposes

  3. Gross Monthly Salary 1100$/2300$ with performance-based bonuses and 13th month.
