THE ROLE: We are seeking an HR - Technical Recruiter/Recruitment Assitant who excels in managing the full lifecycle recruitment of IT Professionals. This role will play a pivotal part in driving our company's growth by addressing our manpower requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enhance and execute the end-to-end recruitment process continuously.
• Develop recruitment campaigns, plans, and strategies to expand the candidate pool.
• Manage all sourcing channels and job portals, including their procurement, addition, or termination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
