Currently we are in search of Youtube producer to join our team.

What will you do:

• Generate new content ideas and develop a content calendar.
• Analyze competitor channels and monitor industry trends.
• Manage the uploading process and optimize video metadata for SEO.
• Design engaging thumbnails consistent with the channel's branding.
• Review video content for quality and alignment with channel goals.
• Track video performance using YouTube Analytics and generate reports.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in managing or assisting with a YouTube channel.
• Proficiency with YouTube Studio and other YouTube management tools.
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Photoshop).
• Conversational Russian.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
