What are we looking for?

🎓 Job Responsibilities / Role:

• Lead data model analysis initiatives, especially in the context of a data migration
• Must be able to investigate and propose data mapping solutions to fulfil target data models
• Key player on conversations with data Quality, data Owners and data Stewards, as well as Subject Matter Experts
• Must be able to support test cycles to clarify doubts and resolve incidences
• Progress reporting to senior management

Requirements

📌 Mandatory Skills:

• 3yrs+ working experience as a Data Analyst
• Experience in analysis and design of data collection systems
• Track record of developing high quality analysis that has resulted in successful data model definitions and migrations.
• Maintains internal and external relationships ensuring compliance in all activities.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member.
• Good communication and ability to use different influencing styles. Ability to tailor communication and leadership style to manage or influence colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

📌 Nice to have qualities:

• Data modelling experience
• Knowledge/experience with SQL for Hadoop/Big Data environments
• Knowledge/experience with SQL for Postgres/DB2/Relational databases

🎓 Education:

• University degree in technology, preferably in computer science.
