LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Position: Owner Services Coordinator

Salary Range: $900 - $1500

Working Hours & Time Zone: 9 am-3 pm EST M - F

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Owner Services Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, have a keen eye for design, and be proficient in basic graphic design tools such as Canva. As an Owner Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory data, preparing monthly owner statements, and supporting various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Excel/Google Sheets to extract and manipulate inventory data used by each owner every month.
  • Group inventory balances by categories on owner statements to provide clear and concise information for each owner.
  • Assist in the initial preparation of monthly owner statements by gathering information from owner revenue sheets, inventory sheets, and owner expenses, and entering it into each owner's designated Excel file.
  • Streamline data entry processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the preparation of marketing materials, utilizing your design skills to create visually appealing content in Canva.
  • Generate reports as needed and provide support for various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to run reports, manipulate data, and perform complex calculations.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and report generation.
  • Good design eye and ability to create visually appealing marketing materials using tools like Canva.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Previous experience in owner services, operations, or a related field is preferred but not required.
