What you will do:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp;
• Write compelling text for email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials;
• Design email templates within Mailchimp;
• Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency;
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions);
• Provide regular reports on email campaign performance.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• 1+ years of proven experience with Mailchimp;
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to details;
• Analytical, and research skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations;
• Fluency in Ukrainian, both written and verbal, and strong written English skills (Upper-intermediate or higher);
