- Take charge of creating design calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents for design projects. Additionally, review materials prepared by junior engineers.
- Prepare comprehensive design reports, calculations, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules.
- Execute on-site electrical service surveys with precision.
- Collaborate with Professional Engineers in establishing connections, preparing, and following up on Authority Submissions.
- Coordinate with local government departments to secure design project approvals.
- Foster relationships and coordinate with Clients, Architects, Structural Engineers, Civil Engineers, System Contractors, Civil Contractors, QS professionals, and more to bring electrical building service designs to life, from inception to intricate detailing.
- Assume the role of Project Manager, overseeing projects from their conceptual stages to their successful completion.
