Senior Brand & Communications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand & Communications Manager to join our Marketing and Communications Team in Portugal. The Brand & Communications Manager will contribute to elevate our company's reputation, attract top talent, and drive business growth. This role is pivotal in maximising our corporate narrative, building strong media relationships, and fostering a compelling employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Communications Strategy and Brand Positioning
  • Design and implement a comprehensive communications strategy focusing on building local brand awareness and enhancing the local company’s image and reputation, with business and brand strategies.
  • Develop and monitor brand and communication campaigns/initiatives, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints, including events, website and social media channels.
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract and engage talent, in close collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
