Accountant

Join our team as an Accountant! In this role, you'll be crucial in ensuring the financial stability of our clients, all within a virtual work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely, accurate financial records.
• Generate, issue, and verify client invoices; resolve billing issues.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Administer payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for invoicing information.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal..
• Experience in a virtual or remote work environment is a plus.
• Available to work in US time zones.
• Own a laptop/desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with 10 Mbps internet.
