Simulation Engineer

• Product development activities in the field of automotive fastening connections.
• Responsible for the design and research of thread and Clinch and Blind riveting fasteners.
• Actively participate in innovation and brainstorming of connected technologies.
• Driving innovation product developments from the first idea to the serial production.
• The structural strength, forming process and metal flow of fasteners were studied experimentally and numerically.
• Prototyping of body connection components, clamping force and torque management.
• Continuously improve the design and optimize the fastening process
• Provide active coaching and direction to sales and product management leaders to help them engage effectively with OEM and Tiers.
• Participate in customer visits and engineering activities such as VA/VE teardowns, customer line walks and collaborative design projects.
