- Perform high-fidelity Multi-Body Dynamic (MBD) simulations to analyze the structural and mechanical behavior of turbomachinery components.
- Analyze the simulation results and validate against test data.
- Simulate healthy operation of the turbomachinery and incorporate fault models to generate faulty data in different operating scenarios.
- Analyze critical speeds and resonant frequencies to identify the vibration behavior of the turbomachinery.
- Collaborate with data analysts to communicate simulation results effectively.
- Utilize programming languages (e.g., Python) to automate simulation tasks and post-process data.
- Optimize simulation methodologies and workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and predictive capabilities.
- Report, present and document technical findings and recommendations.
Requirements
