**Job Summary

In this role you will lead a team of project managers and business analysts to drive the successful delivery of our Paid Family Medical Leave (PFML) product. Using strong leadership, you will own the creation and management of the PFML project roadmap, working in partnership with the project team and business unit stakeholders. You'll be the main driver of communication when it comes to establishing priorities and delivering the rationale for them to business stakeholders while simultaneously removing obstacles that stand in the way of your team's success.
