Production Account Manager

• Works with the clients to receive and analyze video and digital production (adaptation) briefing requests
• Builds video and digital production project cost estimates and timelines
• Responsible for guiding clients and their expectations managing video and digital production (adaptation) projects
• Solicits feedback and communicates potential areas of improvement to management
• Establishes good work relations and relationships with the clients, transcreation partners and production teams

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience with relevant video and digital production processes and techniques
• Knowledge of web and/or content publishing processes is а plus
• Strong self-starter and independent thinker, but adept at working within а team structure
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Ability to adapt works style to needs of various clients and internal/ external agency teams
• Ability to navigate organizations and proactively chase down answers
• Ability to resolve conflict through diplomacy, empathy and understanding
• Fluent business English - both written and spoken
