- You will adapt the ServiceNow system to the needs of our customers through configuration and forms programming of ITSM module.
- You will advise customers on the possibilities of the ServiceNow.
- You will develop Detailed Technical Design: Create comprehensive technical. design documents, outlining the architecture, workflows, and configurations of ServiceNow solutions in area of ITSM.
- You will analyze customer requirements and show possible implementation variants in the system.
- You will create User Stories with technical details for further implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in the field of Information Technology or comparable field of study
- Personality: able to work in a team, outgoing, flexible, communicative, and assertive
- Independent and goal-oriented working style
- Several years of professional experience in IT, preferred in the area of ServiceNow as a consultant/administrator role
- Very good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM , CSM, SPM, ITIL and ServiceNow administration, in-depth knowledge of software, hardware, and system technology, certifications in ITIL would be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English
