Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to clinical programs.

  • Drive clinical innovation and embrace technology solutions.
  • Develop and monitor quality assurance programs for regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee clinical audits, peer reviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, particularly in of S8 medications
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the strategic plan.
  • Analyze clinical data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Integrate technological advancements into clinical strategies.
  • Foster collaboration between medical staff, administrative personnel, and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical teams and senior management.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and external partners.
  • Advocate for patient and practitioner safety in all activities.

Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience and interest in tech solutions for healthcare and operating in evolving fields or specialisms.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage clinical programs, budgets, and personnel effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
