You will be the primary HR interface with the India leadership team, responsible for driving the strategic and operational People agenda by proactively developing and bringing to life the Human Resources strategy and plan. Focusing on recruitment, aiming to build up talent pipeline, enhance performance and engagement resulting in higher organization capability.

The HR & Admin Manager or the Business partner will report directly to the Senior Human Resources Manager – Asia, and will be responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of all the HR and Admin functions of the local / deputation entity.

Responsibility:

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of country’s business needs to develop a proper vision of the country HR specifics and define strategies and action plans accordingly.
  • Contribute in a manner that supports achieving overall business and organizational objectives ahead of individual or team goals.
  • Recruitment: Plan pre-recruitment activities and execute hirings as per the requirements of the functions and function according to the allocated manpower budget. Manage and implement full cycle recruitment process, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback & selection, offer negotiation, and on boarding arrangement.
  • Policies and Procedures: Plan, analyze, and execute appropriate HR and Admin policies and procedures in place. Align with global policies and procedures and ensure compliance with internal and external within that govern HR processes/practices;
  • Compensation and Benefits: Monitor and analyze the market pay structure and implement periodical changes to the comp and ben plans.
  • Payroll and administration: Ensure timely and accurate data and information to the payroll and recommend systematic or automated ways of operating the payroll system.
  • Budget forecasting: Planning and forecasting the manpower budget, HR and administration budget, and periodical update as per the market and industrial practices.
  • Compliances and licenses: Ensure compliance of all the statutory and legal requirements as per the local governing labour laws and ensure appropriate licenses in place.
  • HR functional risk assessment and mitigation: Analyze the probable risk towards the function in terms of compliances, employee relations, local bodies of law and politics.
  • Standard operating procedures: Responsible for executing standard operating procedures of the functions and making necessary adaptations as and when necessary, according to the change in the local or global framework.
  • Welfare: Analyze, plan and execute the necessary welfare to the employees in alignment with the local industrial practices and global consents. Leverage such welfare practices, plan and set threshold.
  • Engagement and Training: Plan and execute necessary engagement activities to sustain the high level of motivation and morale. Bring in necessary training and self-development sessions to support career progression.
  • Work with finance manager to be responsible for the company property management, office environment maintenance, staff catering, vehicle management and other affairs.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Requirements

Qualifications & interpersonal skills required:

  • Bachelor degree or above, Major in HR Management is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of solid HR generalist experience in SaaS industry
  • Automotive sector knowledge is a plus

Skills & Abilities

Ability to operate at both strategic and operational/hands-on level

High sense of accountability

Ability to evaluate, analyze and resolve complex problems.

Strong communication, passionate, good teamwork

Familiar with labor law, principle of human resource department and specific operation flow.

Business oriented

Understanding of confidentiality.
