Turner & Townsend has an opportunity for an Associate Director - Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to work with our team, and a global technology client on an massive data center construction program in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin.

This role can work a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite required at the data center campus in Mount Pleasant, WI.

The Associate Directorwill take responsibility for end to end service delivery, acting as a key, day to day client interface, and ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value added service.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong leadership skills; experience leading a Cost Management team, ensuring they deliver on all accountabilities.
  • Taking a lead role in interfacing with the client, stakeholders and other consultants, at all project stages.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve cost management procedures, templates and products.
  • Knowledge management โ€“ Ensuring that key information and learning generated from each commission is inputted into internal databases and shared.
