User Access Management Analyst

The Role

The APAC Enterprise Governance – User Access Management Analyst role is a new role within the SEEK Technology function. In this role, you will be working for the APAC Compliance Lead as a Specialist focusing on ensuring and operating SEEK’s User Access Management Controls across SEEK’s Application Landscape. While this is not a deep technical role, it requires a detailed focus and technical understanding of good user access management processes, for both Business Applications and technical services and the technologies that underpin these.

Key Responsibilities

User Access Management

• Ensure SEEK’s regular access reviews take place and act on actions out of the review
• Ensure Privilege user reviews are completed and finding actioned
• Onboard Applications to Manual Access Reviews and operate those reviews
• Respond to Audit questions on User Access and Privilege User Access
• Provision access to systems where manual onboarding/off boarding is required
• Continuously improve the way SEEK operates User Access Management
