Senior Chat Bot Assistant

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain chatbots using the Cognigy platform.
• Test and debug chatbots to ensure performance and functionality.
• Document processes and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
• Ability to interact with the business area to determine system requirements.
• Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in implementing and maintaining chatbots using the Cognigy platform.
• Fluent English.
