The Team
Reporting to the Head of CRM and Technical Services, the Salesforce Technical Manager manages a team of engineers and functional consultants who build and maintain Seek’s Sales and Service processes within the CRM platforms.
The team will collaborate closely with the Marketing, CPQ and Billing, Technical Services platform teams. You could also partner with people from Architecture team; Engineering teams from other domains; Data Services team; ERP team; and Business teams: Sales & Service, Finance, Marketing
About The Role
This is a hands-on technology leadership role and focuses on people, delivery, and technology outcomes. You will lead and grow robust technology talent and teams, provide exceptional partner management and be accountable for building, delivering, and maintaining our internal systems & services that integrate with and supplement the Customer Technology platforms.
