Marketing Administration: • Ensure each stage of a sale is completed in a timely and accurate manner, including: preparation of quotations, confirmation of requirements, required invoices, and payment collection. • Conduct 0sales compliance to overall financial procedures for all sales (e.g., quotations and invoices, monitoring, and recording payment) • Maintain and update status of customers with detail records • Receive and follow up inputs from channel of distribution • Ensure the validity of prospective customers database • Create sales income report and progress from all channels of distribution • Provide information related to product and services • Reform registration activities for marketing events • Arrange required marketing events (e.g., open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits, off campus events) • Perform data entry process of prospective students and ensure the accuracy with confidentiality of related process • Maintain and update database of student information (e.g., telephone logs, student feedbacks) • Arrange and conduct visits from prospective customer (i.e., school tours and viewings of the facilities and services) • Provide input/solution to overcome unachieved sales target Admission Operations: • Provide assistance with admission activities, student interviews, admission publications, and information sessions • Review admissions applications, write summaries and make recommendations regarding acceptance • Carry out registration form selling process (e.g., conduct sales, registration and admission test activities) • Ensure admission document completeness and conduct overall process admissions documents submissions • Receive input and conduct follow up input to related prospective customers • Arrange admission test schedule and venue. Inform admission test procedure to prospective students • Follow up prospective customers after admission test acceptance • Ensure the documents completeness from prospect customers • Respond queries from prospective students related to admission procedure and other related process • Provide update admission information and effective assistance to prospective students and parents Management Support Activities: • Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor • Provide periodic report to direct supervisor • Compiles, maintains, and file all reports, records and other documents required • Suggest improvement process related to sales activities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) • Perform activities related to quality Management System Education Requirement: • Diploma Degree (D3), or • University student (6th semester) Work Exposure/ Experience: • No working experience
