As a Customer Service Representative Specialist Sr within PNC's Purchase Card Treasury Management organization, you will be based in a remote location in either Pittsburgh, PA or Decatur, AL.
This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

The candidate will execute outbound phone campaigns. They will contact vendors for our Corporate clients, and offer PNC's credit card products as their new payment solution. Candidate will explain all options to the vendors in detail and document calls in a database. The overall goal of this position is to enroll vendors into one of PNC’s card programs, while reaching the call volume set for the department.
