Senior Accountant

On behalf of our client, one of the leading companies in the FMCG industry, with over 100 years of presence in Greece, we are looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated Senior Accountant. The perfect candidate will be responsible for working on the company's financial and accounting activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly costing of products, merchandise, semi-finished, and consumed materials in production and update the monthly detailed costing report.
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliations.
• Enter monthly accounting records of expenses and provisions, monitor, and reverse them where necessary.
• Manage MyData and VAT issues (monthly declarations – credit balance refunds).
• Submit company agreement statuses to TaxisNet, maintain/monitor the archive, and issue certificates from GEMI, Chamber of Commerce, and EMPA.
• Monitor development files for funding (banks, leasing, factors), contracts – agreements with third parties, and characterization of documents (mainly banking or of special nature).
