About the Role (your why)

This role is challenging, interesting and integral to the service we provide to our clients. As an Associate Field Engineer, you will be supporting a variety of different IT environments, often on-site, providing desktop and engineering support and working closely with our clients, so outstanding communication and customer service is an essential focus in this role. Your professionalism will be a key strength along with your technical ability.

What You’ll Do

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Onsite support across several clients (varying locations) – valid NZ driver’s license and your own vehicle are therefore required.
• Building and supporting end-user devices (PCs, laptops, thin clients, printers, mobiles, tablets, Point of Sale Equipment).
• Diagnosing faults / troubleshooting / problem solving.
• Network support.
• Windows desktop and server support.
• Building productive working relationships across a variety of colleagues, clients, ...
