THE ROLE

ERP Go Live Support Specialist

This entry-level role is responsible for managing documentation, order entry, and ensuring new users complete their training on the ERP system. You’ll make sure all ERP-related documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. You will assist in data integrity and data conversion of critical data upon our go-live. You’ll also help ensure that all users are trained on the system.

This is an onsite role.
