CO2AI is an end-to-end sustainability SaaS management platform that enables complex enterprises to quickly and effectively drive sustainability at scale.

In this role, you will ensure a smooth customer onboarding to our platform by being the focal point of contact for project management and liaising your customers with other members of the team (solutions architects, account executives, support engineers and back office team). You will also work closely with your customers to draft the business value they see out of our platform and help them become advocates for CO2AI and more importantly help them operationalize their sustainability initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (AND WHY IT MATTERS)

  • Be the main owner of a customer relationship, orchestrating every customer activity, understanding every member of the customer team and leaning on internal teams to make your customers successful
  • Lead your customers to a timely implementation of CO2AI platform for their sustainability initiatives
  • Project manage these implementation, by highlighting dependencies, establishing agreed upon timelines, and keeping all parties accountable
  • Understand sustainability problematics and guide your customers as they design their sustainability programs, respond to audits and regulations
  • Help the sales team to identify opportunities of expansion and ensure smooth renewals
  • Monitor and report on customer health metrics, and provide context about your customers and their use of the platform to be used by other CO2AI’s teams (CS, Sales, Marketing, Product and more)
  • Represent the voice of your customer by collaborating with the rest of the customer success team
  • Continually look for ways to improve and manage effective implementations and promote usage of our platform in your customer base.
  • Help make a change within companies, and contribute actively to the fight against global warming

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 2-5 years or more of experience as a Customer Success Manager, in a customer facing SaaS function, ideally in a high-growth environment
  • 2-5 years or more of experience managing very large scale IT projects β€” we work only with large companies
  • Experience or passion for sustainability, ideally with some demonstrable experience
  • Fluent in English
  • A genuine passion for working with data - collecting and cleaning data in a way that makes it ingestible by the software, grasping a variety of computer languages, including Python
  • An experience creating a carbon footprint for a client is preferred
  • Knowledge on climate accounting, GHG emissions / categories as well as Emissions Factors are preferred (or willingness to learn)
  • An interest in supporting clients in building their climate baseline, and identifying reduction opportunities
  • Your passion for climate challenges and your willingness to make a change
  • Dedication to teamwork, and getting things done together
  • Ability to adapt to new and dynamic environments - we are an early stage startup
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED

Full remote from the US (our offices are based in Paris, France).

YOUR TEAM

In this role, you will report to the head of Customer Success. You will work closely with the whole Customer Success team, as well as our sales, product and engineering team
