Your role is to build powerful & engaging brand experiences for clients and employees. Reporting into the Head of Growth Marketing, you collaborate closely with HR, Sales, Marketing & external agencies to create strategy, messaging and content which support brand equity, customer acquisition and retention & employee engagement.

Your mission is to make Swissquote an attractive & engaging brand that people want to connect with.

You will manage a team of 2 that will assist you on your 4 mains areas of responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Sponsoring

  • Manage the creation, planning, scheduling and execution of all sponsoring activations (e.g. UEFA Europe & Conference League, Zurich Lions, Geneve Servette Ice Hockey)
  • Work with marketing, creative agency and the various sponsors to execute sponsorship rights & deliverables in order to foster brand awareness & attractiveness
  • Research & benchmark to craft new co-branded content strategies
  • Assess & negotiate new local & global sponsorship opportunities
  • Report sponsoring activations performances & impact on brand equity & awareness

Brand Events & Tradeshows

  • Define & supervise overall brand events calendar
  • Organize key brand events in Switzerland and overseas to support business development
  • Ensure brand presence is consistent & attractive globally across industry tradeshows
  • Manage the entire event communication plan – before, during & after
  • Supervise events logistics with internal facilities & external providers
  • Make sure all marketing collaterals are always available for key events (brochures, goodies…)
  • Survey sales teams & attendees satisfaction levels for all events

Internal Events & Communication

  • Organize key internal staff events with up to 800 participants
  • Supervise content updates and distribution on diverse channels
  • Ensure excellent stakeholder management through various requests/demands
  • Partner with the Employer Brand Manager and HR to make sure relevant information is always communicated internally in due time
  • Responsible to manage content updates & distribution on digital signage, intranet & email when necessary
  • Work with marketing and creative agency to make sure physical signage is in line with brand identity

  • Make sure employee perks & benefits are always well communicated internally
  • Ensure that building lobby is always well furnished with brand brochures & magazines
  • Propose & renew the goodies for clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor or equivalent in Marketing/Events/Communications
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on sponsoring & events gained in a premium brand. Experience in internal communications is a plus
  • Bilingual in French/English – German being a plus
  • Strong capability to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent writing skills with an ability to transform information into engaging content
  • Ability to learn-on-the-go & to adapt into a fast paced working environment
  • Organizational & presentation skills are required to succeed in the position
  • Available for up to 10% travel
