Document Controller Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Document Controller Lead to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As a Document Controller Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the document control process and ensuring accurate and efficient handling of all project documentation.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the document control process and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
• Establish and maintain document control systems, including organizing, indexing, and archiving documents
• Manage document workflows and ensure timely distribution of documents to the relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect, review, and approve documents
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of all project documentation
• Train and provide guidance to document control staff
• Monitor and report on document control metrics and KPIs
• Continuous improvement of document control processes and systems

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of document control principles and best practices
• Experience with document control systems and software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
