Role Summary

Application Support Engineers assist in the ongoing delivery of new integration features, as well as provide operational support for the existing system. This is a varied role requiring flexibility to maintain, troubleshoot, debug and document complex systems, and to work well with both internal and external customers with various levels of technical knowledge.

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with the development team to assist with the delivery of new functionality
  • Document configuration processes and data interpretations for a variety of audiences
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and understand varied security data-sources
  • Analyse and transform varied security data sources for standardisation and further processing, with reference to industry standard frameworks
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the production environment through system monitoring
  • Assist with Incident Management response working with Customer Support and Incident Management teams to investigate and respond to arising issues
  • Develop platform configuration to enhance cost effectiveness
