**Senior Sales Operations Specialist

**About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you will be part of the RevOps team and play a key part in defining, building and advancing Workvivo’s go-to-market strategy. Your mission will be to design and build operational models, support strategic planning, and deliver quantitative analyses on a broad range of business topics. You will have the opportunity to become a trusted partner who will drive innovation and effectiveness across the global go to market org.

This is a new role with a unique opportunity to influence strategic decisions that will have a significant impact on the growth and profitability of the business.

**Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and thought partner to Workvivo’s Head of Sales.
  • Manage operating routines that facilitate decision-making, autonomy, leadership alignment, and team engagement, inclusive of staff meetings, operational reviews etc. Set the agenda, participate in the meetings, document decisions, and communicate outcomes.
