Test Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of talented test engineers. You will play a pivotal role in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Your expertise in Jira and Xray will be instrumental in streamlining our testing processes and ensuring efficient test case management and execution.

• Oversee all aspects of the software testing process, from planning and test case design to execution and reporting.
• Leverage Jira and Xray to manage test cases, track defects, and report on testing progress.
• Foster a collaborative testing environment and mentor junior test engineers.
• Develop and maintain test automation strategies and frameworks.
• Analyze test results, identify software defects, and work with developers to resolve them.
• Partner with product managers and business analysts to understand user requirements and translate them into actionable test plans.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest testing methodologies and tools.
