- Developing and executing on account strategies to optimise client usage of current product set and drive revenue
- Orchestrating post-sale resources, including Client Success Managers, to ensure client adoption and satisfaction
- Executing on activities with the client, e.g. marketing plans, success planning, quarterly business reviews, training
- Driving continuous growth of managed clients by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling new products
- Serving as the ultimate escalation point across all Currencycloud related issues (commercial, operational, etc.)
Requirements
- Account Management experience in financial services
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Deep FX and payments knowledge within deliverable FX would be an advantage
