As a Customer Service Representative at Datacom you will be responding to enquiries from the public on behalf of two of our Australian Federal Government clients. Every customer interaction is unique, and you will impart your passion for problem solving and superior customer service and use empathy to deliver optimum outcomes and service for the customer.
This role operates in a small team and works to meet key performance indicators that are focused on quality outcomes for customers, delivered with efficiency and a smile.
About The Role
With access to knowledge content, training and leadership support you will be taking inbound and outbound calls for our client the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority with general enquires from the public regarding the banking, insurance and superannuation industries.
In this role you will also support another of our important partnerships with ThinkUKnow Australia, you will assist in scheduling the ThinkUKnow presentations.
