Program Director

We are looking for a Program Director to work on strategic cross functional programs of work across the product/engineering group. This role reports to the Senior VP Engineering. In this role you will work on high priority, complex strategic cross functional programs of work across the product / engineering group. These could be from large programs of delivery work, strategic programs of work or even delivery excellence objectives. This work needs to be done in collaboration with various stakeholders including the directors of engineering and product.This role works as a partner role along side our Directors of Engineering, Directors of Product and VPs. You will need to be a strong communicator, someone who is willing to challenge senior leaders and someone who is outcome focused.This role will also have a number of Delivery Managers reporting to them, some of which you will be responsible for organising their work and ensuring their outcomes are achieved as well.
