UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a UX/UI designer with 5+ years of experience to be an active contributor in our design process and the creation of interactive websites and apps. You will use your analytical and creative abilities throughout the design process, creating and developing UX flows, personas, user journey maps, and more, to wireframes and sitemaps.

Work on important projects for public sector clients such as Tourisme Québec, Princeton University and the Government of Canada who are in need of innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

Here’s what we will expect from you on a day to day basis:

• Discover and understand our clients’ business goals through workshops and surveys;
• Facilitate workshops with clients and users;
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and create personas;
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback;
• Translate discovery findings into information architecture and UX design strategies;
• Produce personas, site maps, wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables;
