Global is committed to ensuring the well-being of its employees, talent, and audiences and is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Health & Safety and Insurance to join its legal and compliance team and lead its health, safety and insurance initiatives.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in health and safety regulations, risk management, and insurance who can develop, implement and oversee its EHS Management System to ensure it is effective and protects both the business (brand reputation, corporate responsibility, compliance, employee’s safety etc) and its talent and audiences, as well as manage insurance policies and claims.

Global operates across a number of safety critical environments for its day-to-day operations and so this role is fundamental to ensure a strong health & safety track record is both maintained and enhanced, including:-

• 14 regional broadcast centres comprising approximately 2,000 Globallers;
