Job Description

Italian Itinerary is offering a dynamic internship opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students passionate about digital marketing, AI integration, and the travel design industry. This role presents a chance to delve into the vibrant landscape of Italian travel design while gaining practical experience and expanding skill sets.

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing and AI Intern will merge responsibilities from both the digital marketing and AI domains, focusing on enhancing Italian Itinerary's online presence, exploring AI-driven strategies, conducting marketing analytics, and contributing to brand identity development.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Campaigns:
    1. Set up and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
    2. Utilize marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  2. Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
    1. Perform PPC, SEO, SEA, CRO, and keyword research to drive organic and paid traffic to Italian Itinerary's digital platforms.
  3. Web Design:
    1. Update the WordPress website as necessary.
    2. Collaborate with the team to create engaging marketing materials that reflect Italian Itinerary's brand identity.
  4. AI Integration:
    1. Research and explore AI-driven strategies to enhance digital marketing campaigns, marketing analytics, and web design.
  5. Marketing Analytics & Reporting:
    1. Conduct comprehensive market research to understand consumer behavior and trends.
    2. Develop and manage an Excel database for efficient organization and analysis.

Secondary Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Guideline Development:
    1. Update and expand guidelines for using various digital marketing tools and platforms.
    2. Focus on best practices and optimization strategies.
  2. Collaboration and Training:
    1. Streamline vendor contacts system to enhance collaboration.
    2. Participate in specialized online marketing and digital strategy training sessions.

Requirements

  • Requirements:
    - Genuine passion for travel and digital marketing.
    - Strong eagerness to explore AI-driven strategies.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
  • Qualifications
    - Self-driven and proactive.
    - Experience with digital marketing, market research, and market analysis.
    - Excellent organizational skills and use of Excel/Word required.
    - Ability to prioritize and to meet timely deadlines.
    - Willingness to ask questions and seek help when needed.
