Business Unit Manager

This is an exciting position for a switched-on leader to provide effective leadership to the Field Service Repairs Technicians, Team Leader and Co-ordinators. As part of the senior leadership group, this is a key operational role, and you will need to lead technical support, as well as have an excellent understanding of the importance of effective and efficient planning to ensure the fleet of equipment is well maintained. There is a real focus on assessing best practice and identifying areas of improvement and quality control to ensure the best optimisation of their resources.
