Regional Director

The Regional Director will be responsible for leading the development of the Business Unit Scaffolding Industrial for the defined geographical region with a particular emphasis on sales strategy and development, market positioning, and leading the development of new operating entities (regions and/or countries) at the defined area level.

Role & Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

• Conducts a strategic overview of the industrial scaffolding market
• Works closely with the CEO to develop and execute strategic planning for the region in line with the Global Scaffolding Organization's strategic & operational objectives (to align with “Strategy 2035”)
• Responsible for regional budget and forecasts in line with the overall business unit strategy and budget
• Identifies scaffolding standards for the region and countries
• Sets key performance indicators, goals, and direction for the region

Sales Strategy & Development:

• Develops regional sales and business development strategies in alignment with the Executive team
• Builds out a sales focused organization within the region, relevant to the market and country specific requirements
