Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Yemeksepeti will spearhead our talent acquisition efforts, navigating the challenge of attracting top talent in a competitive market. Collaborating closely with senior leadership and People Partners, you'll develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with our ambitious growth plans. Your role will involve crafting innovative approaches to overcome recruitment obstacles, building strategic talent pipelines, and leveraging market insights to inform our hiring decisions. With your extensive experience in high-volume recruitment and executive search, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our employer brand and driving the company's success. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, EU, you'll be a key player in shaping the strategic direction of our Talent Acquisition function and ensuring we have the right talent in place to achieve our goals

  • Develop, implement, and execute recruitment strategies to attract/hire the best talent, and fuel the growth of Yemeksepeti
  • Work closely with senior leadership and People Partners on hiring plans, and proactively build/maintain talent pools in line with business requirements.
  • Continuously improve our employer brand and awareness of Yemeksepeti across the market.
  • Partner with global and local hiring managers and functional heads, providing high quality, usable insights to address their talent needs.
  • Full-cycle recruitment for various functional areas and across all job levels, including senior/C-level hiring.
  • Hands-on execution of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, interviews, candidate management, and offer management.
  • Maintain good relationships with global/internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Proactively develop contacts and networks, stay updated with market intelligence, industry practices, and other relevant opportunities.
  • Lead TA Regional projects, programs, and initiatives towards improving our Talent Acquisition and broader People function.
  • Reports into the Head of Talent Acquisition, EU

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of in-house recruitment.
  • Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments would be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practice including leading executive recruitment.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment across multiple functional areas.
  • Maturity, strong relationship and consultative skills, with ability to influence, inform, and negotiate effectively.
  • Advanced in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills
