We are looking for a pro-active and organised Key Account Manager with international supply chain experience to join our team. Do you have proven commercial skills, a problem-solving attitude, and do you get energy from building relationships?

Then we need you as our new Key Account Manager. In this role, you will also connect with various aspects of our Supply Chain, identifying and acting in a timely manner on capacity planning problems across different areas within the chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain team and enhance processes including Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Transport Management, Warehousing, and Stock Management.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customers' needs, requirements, customer issues and complaints to maintain trust.
  • Manage and control operational planning, ensuring timely and qualitative delivery to our customers.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Oversee various administrative and logistical processes related to warehouse activities.

Desired skills and qualifications:

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
  • Ability to work proactively and manage capacity planning problems effectively.
  • Experience in managing administrative and logistical processes and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • MS Office proficiency (including Excel)
  • Willing to travel to countries such as the US and Europe up to 20% of the time.
